Revolve™ sustainable wipers made for the cleanroom industry, are made from 100% upcycled polyester material with a sealed edge, processed on Texwipe’s fully automated manufacturing system. Revolve™ wipers contribute to the sustainability goals, reducing the amount of post-consumer water bottles going into landfills and reducing the level of carbon emissions.

Description
PolySat® is made from 100% melt-blown polypropylene
with a cut edge, cleanroom manufactured.
Available in non-sterile, pre-wetted (PolySat®) and sterile,
pre-wetted (Sterile PolySat®).

Applications
• Wiping and cleaning surfaces, equipment and parts.
• Applying and removing lubricants, adhesives, residues and
other solutions including disinfectants.
• Cleaning with solvents such as isopropyl alcohol (IPA),
ethanol, acetone, and degreasers.
• Lining trays for holding, protecting, drying and storing of
parts, equipment and devices.
• Dry Wipers: Appropriate for use with temperatures less than
400°F (205°C).
• Pre-wetted Wipers: Use with caution at elevated temperatures.

• PolySat® wipers are packaged in easy-to-use, reclosable slider bags, tubs, and peel-and-reseal bags reducing solution evaporation that preserves the consistent wiper wetness level.
• Manufactured to provide low levels of particles and extractables creating a wiper suitable for general cleaning and wiping.
• Designed for use on abrasive surfaces. This wiper will not easily snag or abrade releasing particles and fibers into the process or environment • Meets USP <797> and <800> wiper requirements.
